This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,370-square-foot condo in Back Bay sold for $1,935,000 on January 8, which is still above the neighborhood’s $1.1 million median closing price. The home is on the first block of Commonwealth Avenue and has been renovated, while still keeping historic details, like an original fireplace. There is a balcony and direct elevator access.
On January 12, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,068-square-foot Brookline home sold for $1,800,000, which is quite a bit greater than the town’s $765,000 median closing price. The home has two levels, oversized windows, high ceilings, and two garage parking spaces.
This four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 3,617-square-foot Needham Colonial sold for $1,325,000 on January 8, well above $800,000 median closing price in town. The home has an open floor plan, a home office, dark hardwood floors, and a banister staircase.
