On March 29, this seven-bedroom, five-bathroom, two-half bathroom, 8,946-square-foot home sold for $6,732,000, high above Brookline’s median closing price. The home is a shingle-style estate and has a carriage house with a four-car garage, a wrap-around porch, and a pool. The grounds were originally designed by the renowned firm of Frederick Law Olmsted.
This two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo with 1,985-square-feet of living space sold for $3,672,250 on March 31. This condo has its own private balcony with views of the water, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a marble bath, and plenty of building amenities. The condos at 22 Liberty have been known for being resold at higher prices before original owners ever moves in.
On March 28, this four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2,960-square-foot home sold for $3,550,000, over Back Bay’s $1.2 million median closing price. The penthouse triplex has a private roof deck, an updated kitchen, a formal dining room, a private balcony, and bay windows. It was recently updated in 2011.
