Boston’s long-awaited Millennium Tower has officially opened and the sales keep rolling in. A few weeks ago a condo on a top-floor sold for over $5 million, nowhere near what the 13,000-square-foot penthouse went for but still pretty impressive. This week, two more of the coveted units sold in Boston’s newest high rise residential tower.
1 Franklin Street, Unit 2803 was the bigger of the two, selling for $3,350,000 on August 5. Situated on the 28th floor, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit overlooking the Boston Common and Back Bay has 1,741 square feet of living space.
The second unit that sold this week, 1 Franklin Street, Unit 4208, has Financial District views and went for $2,525,000. The unit is on the 38th floor and has two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1,637 square feet of living space.
But the suburbs didn’t do half bad themselves this week. Check them out.
