A large estate in Manchester sold for double the selling price of each of this week’s other big home sales, all of which are located in Boston proper. One condo on Boston’s waterfront and another on Back Bay’s Marlborough Street each sold for more than $3 million. Another condo on Marlborough went for slightly above $2.6 million. This three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2,292-square-foot townhome on Boston Harbor sold for $3.1 million, also on Tuesday. The unit features exposed brick, a wood-burning fireplace, new appliances in the kitchen, panoramic views, and a common roof deck.
