Biggest sales: Weston mansion, Duxbury beach home each go for well over $5 million

Not a week goes by in Greater Boston without million-dollar sales, but this week, single-family properties took all of our top spots. Two stunning homes — one in Weston, the other on the ocean in Duxbury — sold for $5,600,000 and $5,425,000 respectively.

Other noteworthy sales include a Victorian in Brookline that went for $3,385,000 and a new home in Newton that sold for $3,200,000.
