Located in Stockton Springs, Maine, and overlooking Penobscot Bay, this 5,000-square-foot home has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

What it doesn’t yet have? A price tag.

At 2 p.m. Sept. 21, 64 Kelley Drive, will go up for auction. Prospective buyers interested in participating in the auction, which will take place at the home, must arrive with $50,000 in cash or certified funds as a qualification to bid. Tranzon Auction Properties is facilitating the sale.

The home is set on 6.8 acres of land, and it boasts 400 feet of ocean frontage. Inside the shingle-style home, you’ll find a Kennebec kitchen with a six-burner Wolf range and twin Sub-Zero refrigerators. The kitchen opens up to the dining room and a three-season porch.

“The house is private, beautiful, and inviting,” said Tom Saturley, president of Tranzon Auction Properties, in a statement. “It complements a full life of adventure and reflection, and provides the perfect backdrop for family dinners and celebrations to quiet evenings in front of the fireplace. Buyers will have a unique opportunity to bid their own price for a property that has never been on the market since its construction in 2003-2004.”

Along with the main square footage, the home has a 2,347-square-foot walk-out studio on the lower level, which includes a home office, full bath, and media room. There’s also a 3,696-square-foot barn with guest quarters for family and friends.

Property tours are available on Thursday, Sept. 7, from noon to 1:30 p.m., and Sunday, Sept. 10, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., or by appointment.
