There was quite a range of big home sales this week: A Back Bay condo steps from the Public Garden sold for $5,000,000, while three other homes sold in the $3 million range. A renovated single-family in Brookline sold for $3,275,000, a shingle-style home in Wayland went for $3,250,000, and corner loft unit in the South End sold for $3,150,000.
