This 9,773-square-foot Federal-style home offers seven bedrooms, six full baths, two half baths, and a design that pays homage to a Salem landmark.

The property, 60 Cramond Road in Brookline, is on the market for $16,000,000 and was built in 1992. According to the listing, it was inspired by Salem’s Gardner-Pingree House, which was built in the early 1800s and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Some of the elements replicated in the Brookline home include a portico surrounded by Corinthian columns, a double parlor, decorative molding, and carved mantels depicting rosettes, baskets of fruit, and sheaves of wheat.

The kitchen boasts an island with seating, white cabinetry, and a window over the sink, and there is a butler’s pantry off the dining room.

The two-acre property also boasts an arboretum.
