Set on a 5.8-acre peninsula in Greenwich, Conn., this property has some pretty impressive views. It also has a presidential connection.

Donald Trump was 35 when he and his first wife, Ivana, purchased the home for $4,000,000 in the early 1980s, reported. When the couple divorced in the early 90s, Ivana got the home and later sold it to the current owner in 1998 for $15,000,000, according to Business Insider.

Since 2009, the home has been on and off the market at a variety of prices. The home was re-listed in March at its current price: $45,000,000.

The home offers eight bedrooms, 10 full baths, three half baths, and 19,773 square feet of living space. It was originally built in 1939, but the current owners did some remodeling and added a guest house with suites and an indoor pool.

Other features include an outdoor pool, a putting green, a tennis court, a dock, manicured lawns, and three fully-equipped staff apartments.
