Two suburban homes and two city condos topped the biggest sales this week in Greater Boston. A newly constructed home in Wellesley and a Colonial Revival in Weston sold for $3,400,000 and $2,950,000, respectively.
In the city, a downtown condo went for $2,900,000 and a Back Bay condo went for $2,890,000.

There is custom wood paneling, a wood-carved staircase, and oak floors, along with a completely updated kitchen with a center island and a breakfast nook. There are seven bedrooms, five full baths, two half baths, and 6,033 square feet of living space.
On Tuesday, this duplex penthouse in the Millennium Place building sold for $2,900,000. The condo offers two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2,038 square feet of living space, along with a private outdoor terrace. Other features include floor-to-ceiling windows, an updated kitchen, and a fireplace. There are also many building amenities, such as 24-hour concierge, a doorman, a bar and lounge area, an on-site fitness center, and a movie theater room.
This three-bedroom, three-bath, 2,702-square-foot condo on the seventh floor of Trinity Place sold for $2,890,000 on Tuesday. There are high ceilings and crown molding throughout the unit. The kitchen, which has a seating area and white cabinets, is open to a living area. The master suite has two walk-in closets and a double-sink bathroom. Building amenities include 24-hour concierge service, a doorman, 24-hour valet parking, and a fitness center.
