The median pending sales price of single-family homes in Massachusetts hit $430,000 in June, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors reported, so finding a property for less than $500,000 is getting tougher. We found a Cape in Hull, a condo in Allston, and a town house in Braintree at this price point with open houses this weekend. Check them out:
Listed for $485,000, this Cape offers three bedrooms, one full bath, one half bath, and 1,616 square feet of living space on a 0.32-acre lot. There will be an open house on Sunday, July 15, from noon to 2 p.m.
