Here are the lowest-priced condos in every Boston neighborhood

Not all Boston neighborhoods are equal when it comes to condo prices; some are more reasonable than others. We searched for the lowest prices we could find in each neighborhood. From a luxury condo in Allston to a two-bedroom unit in West Roxbury, here are the least expensive condos in every Boston neighborhood:



32A Glenville Ave.

This 845-square-foot unit has three bedrooms and one full bath, although public record lists it as a two-bedroom. Located on the garden level, it is being sold “as is” and is rented through Aug. 31.



70 Strathmore Road, Unit 7A

This one-bedroom, one-bath, 435-square-foot condo has several new features, including the kitchen cabinets, windows, and bathroom vanity. The third-floor unit, which is rented through Aug. 31, is a short walk to the Green Line.
