A Colonial in Belmont that sold for $3,250,000 scored the top spot on our weekly tally of priciest sales. A combined unit in a Cambridge high-rise and a new home in Winchester tied for second, selling for $3,000,000 apiece. A Victorian in Cohasset on 2.23 acres rounded out our list, going for $2,645,000.

This Colonial boasts 7,429 square feet of living space on 0.41 of an acre and sold for $3,250,000 on Friday, Sept. 7. Previously owned by the builder, the home opens with a two-story foyer and features a four-season sunroom, a parlor with a wood-burning fireplace, a family room with a gas fireplace and built-ins, and a kitchen equipped with custom cabinets, high-end appliances, a breakfast nook, a pantry, a butler’s pantry, and Carrara marble counters.
