For this updated Andover mansion, the traditional amenities aren’t the showstoppers.

Going live later this week with a suggested start price of $2,200,000, 151 Haggetts Pond Road has nine bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The property sits on a little more than four woody acres, with an expansive back deck and ample built-ins.

And according to listing agent Paul Campano, of Keller Williams, more than half of the home’s 20,043 square feet belong to “every conceivable amenity space one could think of.”

Step through a door in the living room, and be transported to a full-court gymnasium. You can shoot some hoops, but retractable baskets and a built-in batting cage net allow for batting practice, tennis, and volleyball as well.

A twisty two-story waterslide connects the gymnasium to an indoor pool below. The 42-foot atrium’s wall of windows sheds abundant natural light on the space, which includes an accompanying jacuzzi, a swim-up cocktail bar, and an attached koi pond with a window that allows swimmers to get an underwater view. A bar runs parallel to the 45-foot long pool, and a one-lane bowling alley awaits nearby.

When the property was featured on an episode of HGTV’s “Million Dollar Rooms,” host Carter Oosterhouse said it has “one of the most incredible home sports complexes in the world.”

There’s also a movie theater with 12 plush individual seats — not to mention a full bar with a sink and a refrigerator — on the lower level. Additionally, the property includes a gym, putting green, sauna, and 10-person outdoor jacuzzi.
