There’s a lot that makes this industrial chic penthouse in Dorchester’s Lower Mills neighborhood sweet, including its history.

The 2,390-square-foot condo at 1245 Adams St. is located in the former Walter Baker Chocolate Factory, the first chocolate manufacturer in the country
