A Winchester Colonial featured on the HGTV show “House Hunters” in 2012 sold for $1,610,000 on Friday, Feb. 22, making it one of the biggest Greater Boston sales that week.

Highlights of 3 Stonefield Circle include cathedral ceilings, custom closets, fresh interior paint, four high-efficiency heating and cooling zones, a master suite with a soaking tub, two pantries, a second-floor laundry, and a third-floor suite.

Built in 2011, the Middlesex County residence features four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a three-car garage. The 3,969-square-foot home sits on 0.23 of an acre on a cul-de-sac.

Outside, it has a sprinkler system and an invisible dog fence.

The home is about a mile from the commuter rail and a short walk to the bus stop.
