Sitting on Quincy Bay, this impressive home looks custom-built for a summer on the water.

Kevin Lewis of Compass sold 124 Crabtree Road in Squantum for $4,109,000 on Monday, May 6. The 19-room home has eight bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and 6,851 square feet of living space on 0.28 of an acre. It also includes a 200-foot private pier with an entertainment area that would rival a resort bar,  as well as boat slips, a gunite pool, an outdoor kitchen, multitiered patios, and, of course, ocean views.

The home was built in 2005. The first floor features woodwork throughout, coffered ceilings, a library, a kitchen with a prep kitchen and breakfast nook, and a mudroom. The master suite is the star of the second floor, with its walk-in closet, deck, and marble bathroom. The third floor of the Colonial houses three bedrooms and a living area above the garage. An when the weather doesn’t cooperate, there’s a custom bar, gym, movie theater, and wine cellar in the basement.
