This 9,500-square-foot Victorian home in Minneapolis, Minn., would be quite impressive even without a Hollywood connection.
2104 Kenwood Parkway is listed for $1,695,000 and has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. In fact, Entertainment Weekly once referred to it as “TV’s most famous bachelorette pad,” the website TopTenRealEstateDeals.com reported.
Now remodeled and expanded, this home was once the fictional residence featured prominently in The Mary Tyler Moore Show. Moore, who played Mary Richards on the hit, was a 30-year-old single woman who rented an apartment in the home’s attic.

According to the listing, the Victorian was built in 1900 and sits on 0.35-acre plot. The kitchen is large and open, featuring an L-shaped island with room for seating, a wine cooler, white cabinetry, and room for a breakfast table.
Upstairs, there’s ornate millwork on the second floor and a second family room on the third level, along with an office/studio area.
The lower level is finished and includes an exercise room, a sauna, and other seating areas. Outside, there is a screened-in porch and space to barbecue.
