Boasting 13 rooms spread out on four floors, one of last week’s priciest home sales in the region, according to the Multiple Listing Service, was 3 Buckingham Terrace in Wellesley.

Sold by Betsy Kessler of Rutledge Properties, the home went off the market on Tuesday, June 11, for $4,200,000.

The 9,922-square-foot residence sits on 0.92 acres. It has six bedrooms, six full baths, and two half baths.

Visitors are greeted in a two-story foyer. Other notable features of the property include a screened porch, a sun deck on the second floor, 10-foot ceilings, a mural in the dining room, a wet bar on the lower level, soaking tubs, and a three-car heated garage.
