A Back Bay rowhouse with bay windows and three gas fireplaces was one of the region’s priciest sales last week, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

The Steven Cohen Team of Keller Williams Realty sold 166 Marlborough St., Unit 1, for $4,945,000 on Wednesday, July 31.

The 2,925-square-foot, seven-room home has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A gut renovation in 2015 introduced modern finishes.

Found off the foyer, the front-facing living room impresses with bay windows, crown molding, chandeliers, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including two dishwashers, two refrigerators, a warming oven, and a wine fridge.

The family room, found at the rear of the home, features a bay window, a marble fireplace, and pocket doors to a home office/bedroom.

The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level. The master suite offers a marble fireplace, walk-in closet, and a bath outfitted with a rainfall shower and soaking tub. French doors open to a private, landscaped patio.

High ceilings and mahogany floors can be found throughout the residence.

There is elevator access to both floors, and the sale included deeded parking.
