One Beachmont, a new 195-unit residential community in Revere, is pre-leasing apartments, Damian Szary, a principal at Gate Residential, said in a press release. It is slated to open in January.
Gate Residential Properties and The TransDel Corp. are behind the $60 million project. Prospective residents can now tour a model unit.
One Beachmont has studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments that range in price from $1,783 to $3,146, according to the listings. The units offer features such as walk-in closets, quartz counters in a concrete finish, herringbone-tile kitchen backsplashes, stainless-steel appliances, engineered-wood flooring, and washer and dryers.
Designed by Sheskey Architects and Duffy Design Group, the dog-friendly community, located at 205 Revere Beach Parkway, is less than a half mile to the Beachmont Stop on the Blue Line.
Amenities available include a fitness center, a clubroom with a bar, a co-working space with a coffee bar, an all-season top-floor deck, a bike wash and workshop, and secured bike storage, according to the release.
“Its top-of-the-line amenities — including a pool, cabana, and onsite, professionally managed doggie daycare — are crucial to attracting young professionals and other prospective residents,” Szary said in the release.
