Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have finally sold their N.Y. condo, but it’s not clear whether this is one for the win column for the Patriots quarterback and his supermodel wife — the price hasn’t been disclosed, according to Observer.com.
The couple had slashed the asking price for their 3,310-square-foot, three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at One Madison, a glass building in New York’s Flatiron District, from $17.25 million to $13.95 million. It was a smart play, apparently, because the condo went under contract a month later, the website reported.
Brady and Bundchen bought the 48th-floor condo for $11.7 million in 2014, the Globe reported in May, and “then hired Peter Marino — the flamboyant architect known as much for his leather ensembles as his deluxe designs — to customize it as only he can. The place has bronze double doors that open to a loft-like living, dining, and kitchen area, all with floor-to-ceiling windows affording spectacular views of the city, while the guest bedrooms have private bathrooms and the master suite has an attached bathroom whose walls are also full-length windows so you can see the skyline as you relax in a two-person soaking tub.”
