The priciest sale in Eastern Massachusetts last week, according to the Multiple Listing Service, was three condo units for the price of one. Off the market for $3,786,250, 85 East India Row, Unit 23ABC, is composed of three combined units on the 23d floor at Boston’s Harbor Towers.

Jeffrey Goldman of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage handled the sale, which closed on Wednesday, Oct. 9, and was the single highest-priced sale recorded at the luxury building. With nine rooms and 3,608 square feet of space, the home includes five bedrooms, a corner living and dining room, a den, and a family room. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom, all rendered in marble and ceramic tile. The unit also boasts a steam shower.

The condo is also home to two kitchens that offer granite counters and high-end appliances, including a 120-bottle wine cooler. Additional features include a cedar closet, a walk-in closet, built-ins, custom lighting, grooved wood columns, French doors, harbor and city views, oak and maple floors, tray ceilings, and two private balconies.

The tower itself offers 24-hour concierge and security service, a heated outdoor pool, a patio and yard area, and on-site management and maintenance. Garage parking is available to rent.
