At the top of the Seaport District’s Pier 4 luxury boutique building is this corner unit — a seven-room, 3,644-square-foot home with unobstructed views of the harbor. Brigitte LaBonte Petrocelli of Coldwell Banker Realty-Back Bay listed the unit for $16,500,000 on Dec. 11.
