Luxury Home of the Week: Bay Village build will target buyers’ outdoor space wish-list

Planned for Bay Village, this to-be-built town house will be in a prime spot for all the city has to offer, but with the outdoor spaces so many pandemic buyers are seeking.

130-132 Arlington, Unit 1, is set for completion later this year. Listed for $2,499,000 on Jan. 15, the home will offer three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. Ricardo Rodriguez & Associates of Coldwell Banker Realty has the listing.

The future home’s 1,793 square feet of space is set to include a den, primary suite, and combined living and dining areas with a gas fireplace. Plans also call for two outdoor spaces: a patio and a roof deck with city views and electric, gas, and water hookups.

A rendering of the kitchen shows off plans for paneled appliances, an island with tambour detail, and countertops and a backsplash of quartz. Renderings of the bathrooms include elements such as floating walnut double vanities with under-lighting, quartz counters, and marble walls and flooring. The home will have white oak flooring throughout.

This property is part of the Continuum Collection, four new properties inspired by scaled-down brick Federal and Greek Revival-style town homes. The project is a collaboration between developer Continuum, architectural firm J Garland Enterprises, and interior architecture firm Wolf in Sheep Design.
